This Taco Bell is one of the best places to eat in this area as far as fast food goes The McDonald's down the street is terrible so save yourself the time and go to this Taco Bell even if you're in the mood for a Big Mac trust me you'd be better off going here and having a nacho Bell grande and the girl that works at the drive-thru I see her pretty much every time her name is Rochelle and she actually cares about her job and does fast food the right way! Rochelle's a true professional and I as an individual I'm super grateful that people like her exist!
I have to say after a horrendous experience at the Taco Bell at Lakewood in Detroit, I came here and had a polar opposite experience. Even with a long line on a Saturday night the line kept moving and there were 0 issues with my order. I was thinking it would be quickly made cold and hard to look at but it was pleasantly packed, hot, and ready almost immediately once I got to the window. I will be back!
Just tonight and only tonight my food was ACTUALLY CORRECT! But really whoever made my food tonight deserves extra money in their check. They made the burritos and tacos, nice and big. It was not too much of anything and my food is hot and 100% correct good job nighttime crew.

This Taco Bell has some caring funny and enthusiastic employee’s. After a horrific and horrible TB experience at 10800 Lorain ave Cleveland Ohio. When I got to this one Missy (the manager) helped me out without a question. I got food today and OMG this Mexican pizza looks just like the picture. I can’t even explain how delicious it tasted as well. So thank you TB on west 117th in Lakewood Ohio, you guys are the real champs!
I've ate from the westtown 110th Plazas tacobell & steelyards taco bell.. I was missing food, sauces & wasn't made right they literally threw it together my pops were hotter than my food & 2x i ended up with food posioning & the last time from 110th the app said my food was making but they tell the driver someone must of stoled my food i reorder i have 5 drivers an 3hrs an 22mins later tacobell canceled my order... But west 117th did a awesome job. my food looked & tasted great. They made my food exactly how I wanted it, my drinks was frozen like they was suppose too. The guy that answered the phone abt a update on my order was nice & give me the updates I needed. I'll ONLY order from 117ths tacobell. You guys are Rockstars!!!
This Taco Bell is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. I use the app to order food and then go through the drive thru. If I ask for water, extra sauce, etc, they always are happy to provide me with those things. The staff is very kind and if I have any concerns, they address them right away. In addition, all my orders are always correct and the food always taste great. Shot out to the drive thru team!
